Shamrock Data LLC is developing an approximately 40,000 sq ft facility on roughly 16 acres inside Kearney's TechONE Crossing tech park for Sequitor Edge; facility design by Morrissey Engineering (Omaha). Developer targets operation in early 2027. Distinct from the former Compute North / MARA crypto-mining site elsewhere in the same tech park.
