Georgia data centers: what the public record shows.

These notes name selected records, say which kinds of public evidence were checked and show what remains missing. They do not add anything to the published counts.

  • Neither DOR document names a recipient, so no exemption certificate holder could be identified.
  • The earlier (pre-May 9 2022) county table linked on the same page was not yet reviewed directly.
  • A statewide DRI keyword sweep of every data-center row was not published; selected DRI initial forms and summaries were later opened for Project Camellia, Project Sail, QTS - Blakely and Kingston Technology Hub.

  • No searchable Georgia PSC docket URL was exposed, so docket 44280's full filing list and any Georgia Power IRP or large-load report were not enumerated.
  • The order PDFs could not be read (image-only scans, no OCR performed), so nothing is quoted from the orders themselves.
  • Georgia Power's Integrated Resource Plan, its large-load queue reporting and any electric service agreements were not retrieved; no research lead has a utility_request_mw figure.
  • Several research leads are described as having applied to Georgia Power for specific loads (for example a 99 MW maximum at Statesboro and a 288 MW grid connection at Cartersville); none of those applications was located.

  • The $1.2 billion Integra SPV equipment-bond validation reported for CoreWeave Dalton II in June 2026 was not obtained, so the research lead has no agreement in evidence.
  • The Town of Tyrone record affirmatively states no abatement was requested or offered there, which is the only abatement fact confirmed from a government source in the current research record.

  • No unlicensed directory was used, so Georgia facilities absent from Compute Atlas — smaller colocation sites in particular — are missing.
