These notes name selected records, say which kinds of public evidence were checked and show what remains missing. They do not add anything to the published counts.

  • No Michigan Department of Treasury or Michigan Economic Development Corporation source was opened; the only attempted path could not be retrieved.
  • No list of certified Michigan enterprise data centres was obtained, so the state's incentive recipients are entirely absent from the current research record.
  • Whether the Saline Township PA 198 industrial development district was ever established was not checked.

  • The MPSC case system is a JavaScript application and its filing index was not enumerated; only the single filing linked by the township was retrieved.

  • No Consumers Energy or Michigan municipal utility large-load filing was searched, so no utility-request figure exists for any Michigan research lead outside Van Buren Township.
