Oklahoma data centers: what the public record shows.

These notes name selected records, say which kinds of public evidence were checked and show what remains missing. They do not add anything to the published counts.

• economic development incentives — Partly checked
  • Oklahoma's statutory data center sales tax incentive and any recipient or certification list were not examined; the only lead to them, a Frontier article, was not yet reviewed directly.
  • the current review did not include a broad discovery sweep for Oklahoma, so no search engine query could be run for this state; every source was reached by following a Compute Atlas source URL or by constructing an agency URL directly.
  • Oklahoma Department of Commerce incentive programme reports, Quality Jobs Program records and the Oklahoma Tax Commission ad valorem exemption reports were not reached.

  • The Southwest Power Pool interconnection and large-load queues were not examined at all, so no Oklahoma research lead carries an interconnection figure.

  • No county assessor or GIS parcel record was opened; the parcel account numbers recorded come from a PUD design statement, not from the assessor.
  • The Piedmont planning agenda packet, annexation petition and conceptual site plan published on the same portal were not yet reviewed directly.
  • Whether either Piedmont PUD was approved by the city council is not established; no minutes or approving ordinance was found.
