These notes name selected records, say which kinds of public evidence were checked and show what remains missing. They do not add anything to the published counts.

  • No air, water, stormwater, building or grading permit was obtained for any Tennessee research lead.
  • The Shelby County Health Department permits for the xAI Memphis turbines and the Air Pollution Control Board appeal history are entirely unevidenced here.
  • Copies of the xAI permit appeal filings exist on advocacy sites, but a document hosted by an advocacy group keeps that discovery class, so they were not used as permit evidence.
