Construction: dated data center events

Groundbreaking ceremonies, dated construction starts, and official records describing a project as under construction on a stated date. A ceremony is not proof that site work began.

    Eagle Mountain City reported that on April 17, 2026 crews placed the final beam on the first QTS data center building in Eagle Mountain, and that construction will continue on interior systems and the remaining buildings.

    The Ohio Power Siting Board staff report on AEP Ohio's Scioto Darby Creek Road fuel-cell project describes the latest Amazon Data Services data center building on the 142-acre Hilliard campus as under construction; it says earlier buildings on the campus have already been constructed.
